Just so happened he wasn't available on my recent return from Philippines...and I made a great discovery!
As I exited the arrival gates, I decided to take a seat and figure out my travel plan. As advised, I was going to take a MRT towards Bugis and walk a little towards the taxi-stand that brings people cross border.
As I sat and attempted to connect to the free WIFI, I spotted this counter offering Changi-JB bus services. The girl was really NOT helpful (was actually very rude)...nonetheless, I wasn't there for her smile...just needed the info on "where and when".
